Sinéad first tried pole dancing about 9 years ago after a friend harassed her to join! She enjoyed it for a bit but was also focused on her career at the time! As her time freed up she decided the time was right and fell madly in love with the sport. After a few years of training she started teaching to share the knowledge and experience she had.
Sinéad loves teaching almost as much as training herself, she loves seeing the progression of confidence, motivation, and physical change in her girls, she says she’s always proud at the end of the term seeing such a huge change in each and every one of her students. Sinead’s favourite teaching challenge is working with all body types; she enjoys the art of breaking a move down and tailoring it to help each individual student!
Sinead’s favourite thing to train is static pole. She loves flipping, handstands and achieving moves that other people consider scary!
Sinéad won the title of WAPC amateur champion in 2017, and went on to compete in the APC amateur division in Sydney. In 2018 she won second runner up in the WAPC professional division.
Sinead cannot wait for the next time she gets to compete and create.
